Abstract Submission
The deadline for submitting an abstract is 19th May 2025.
All participants are invited to submit an abstract (with a max. of 300 words) for an oral presentation or a poster presentation. Abstracts have to be submitted via the conference tool and the following link:

All conference participants (listeners and presenters) are required to register until 31st July 2025.

Participation of members of the BUW and their partners is free of charge.
Publication
The contributions to the symposium will be published in an open-access format. Publications are expected not to exceed 8 pages. Templates will be provided in due time.
